This is a learning institute; all services are performed by students. To stay on our daily schedule of learning we DO NOT take walk in clients. Please call or email at least a day in advance of when you would like to make an appointment. Our students are responsible for checking messages and making appointments. The phone will only be answered during class hours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and our students, please give us as much notice as possible if you will miss your appointment or are running late. Call 828-652-0640. Please DO NOT come if you are not feeling well or if you have recently been around someone not feeling well.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to keep class on schedule. Depending upon how late you arrive, the instructor will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetic student and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
